Marc founded Crumback & Associates in 2004. Prior to that, he worked for over 18 years at a large regional CPA firm in Washington, D.C. and has worked exclusively with automotive clients since 1990.
Marc created the only CPA firm of its kind in the Washington-Baltimore region, specializing in, and serving, only one client, the automobile dealer. He is now expanding his practice to the Grand Strand Area in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC.
In addition to providing tax and financial reporting guidance to his clients, Marc regularly consults on a variety of matters including the acquisition or sale of dealerships, negotiating and obtaining financing for operational growth and improved cash management, developing estate and succession plans, reviewing asset management procedures, internal controls and analysis of performance benchmarks.
Marc has led several initiatives while specializing in the automotive industry including:

MATTHEW LAUN, CPA
Matt joined Crumback & Associates, LLC in September 2015. He began his accounting career in 2006 with a CPA and consulting firm located in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area.
Matt received his B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing at Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 2015.
Matt has extensive experience in accounting, tax and business consulting, corporate, partnership and individual taxation and multi-state tax reporting.
Matt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).
Matt lives in Ellicott City, Maryland, with his wife and two children. He is also a Class A member of the Professional Golfers’ Association.
